I’ve never been a huge sports fan. The occasional game of basketball, perhaps, and watching the Super Bowl. Sometimes. Mostly for the commercials and an excuse to eat chips and dip. Overall, though, they just don’t hold my interest.
But I’ve found myself watching, nay, riveted to the Stanly Cup playoff games between the Vancouver Canucks and the Los Angeles Kings.
Which begs one simple question.
What the hell happened to me up in Canada???
😉
Hahaha I think you drank some Canadian Kool-Aid by accident. Did you mean to type “eh” at the end of your last sentence?

I think Americans say “Eh” more than canadians. Especially up around the great lakes.
Geekhiker, I think it’s great that you are into a sport and not just because it is perfectly timed for napping! I don’t get hockey myself, maybe I need someone to explain it’s value?

Mel Heth – It took all my strength to resist… 😉
MissMcCracken – It’s all about the violence…

You’re losing your geek cred dude. Geeks don’t like sports.

Play off hockey is much better as they are out for the cup!
I think Canada snuck a wee piece of itself in to your geeky heart 🙂
